Description:
The environmentally friendly way to deal with yard waste is to compost you leaves and brush right on your property. If you choose not to compost, West Rockhill Township will be accepting yard waste (garden residues, shrubbery, leaves, tree trimmings and similar material but NO GRASS CLIPPINGS on the last Friday of each month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Public Works Building. Please place yard waste in paper bags or bring loose material to be emptied into the container. No plastic bags will be accepted. Branches and tree trimmings must be cut to 4’ (four foot) lengths.
