NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hilltown Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Hilltown Township Building, located at 13 West Creamery Road, Hilltown, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, beginning at 6:00 PM, to consider and potentially adopt a proposed amendment to the Hilltown Township Zoning Ordinance. If adopted the proposed ordinance may affect the development of this property. The proposed ordinance amendment is captioned:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE BY ALLOWING A B7 RETIREMENT VILLAGE IN THE RR DISTRICT BY CONDITIONAL USE AND AMENDING CERTAIN REGULATIONS FOR A B7 RETIREMENT VILLAGE.
Copies of the proposed amendment and associated materials may be examined without charge at the Hilltown Township Building, 13 West Creamery Road, during regular office hours, or obtained from Hilltown Township for a charge not greater than the cost of copying.
