Neshaminy School District issued the following announcement.
The Neshaminy School District and the municipalities of Langhorne Borough, Penndel Borough, Lower Southampton Township and Middletown Township, wish to inform all businesses located within the Neshaminy School District that they are required to file a Mercantile Tax return and a Business Privilege Tax return by September 1 of each year.
