Dublin Borough issued the following announcement.
NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
As you have likely noticed, work is being performed on the Dublin Water Storage Tank in preparation for the proposed repainting of the tank interior/exterior. The repainting of the water storage tank will aid in maintaining drinking water quality; improve the appearance of the tank; and increase the longevity of this critical asset of the Borough’s public water system. During the next phase of the work, the tank will be drained to allow abrasive blasting and recoating of the elevated water tank interior and exterior.
While the tank is out of service, Dublin Borough’s water supply will be supplemented by an interconnection with the Bedminster Municipal Authority Water System. The Borough’s three groundwater wells will also continue to operate. While the water tank is out of service, you may notice some minor variations in your water pressure. The Borough asks for your cooperation and understanding during this project.
If you should have any questions related to this project, please contact Borough Hall at 215-249-3310.
