Delaware Valley University issued the following announcement.
In the latest U.S News & World Report rankings of colleges and universities, Delaware Valley University was named to the Best Regional Universities-North list. The University also was highlighted in the “Top Performers for Social Mobility” list, which recognizes schools that are more successful than others at enrolling and graduating large proportions of students who are awarded Pell Grants.
“At DelVal, we focus on offering the type of education that changes lives,” said DelVal President Dr. Maria Gallo. “With our award-winning experiential learning program and commitment to accessibility and affordability, we give students the tools to achieve their goals. We are grateful to be recognized for the type of education and experience we provide our students.”
Earlier this year, the University also was named to the Princeton Review’s 2021 “Best in the Northeast” list.
The University is currently implementing the “Dream. Design. Do.” strategic plan, which embraces the University’s leadership position in experiential learning. The award-winning Experience360 Program ensures that 100 percent of DelVal’s students gain real-world experience before graduation. DelVal’s other strategic priorities include advancing student success, engaging all learners, enhancing faculty and staff excellence, and expanding community and industry partnerships.
