‘Separation of Powers and Division of Powers’ will be discussed at 12:30 p.m. Thu. Sept. 17 featuring two guest speakers and moderator Bill Pezza
Bucks County Community College invites the public to a free online forum in honor of Constitution Day at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, September 17.
“Constitutional Principle of Separation of Powers and Division of Powers” will be a point/counterpoint discussion moderated by William Pezza of Bristol, a member of the college’s Social and Behavioral Science Department faculty.
Guest panelists will be Dr. Joseph Gowaskie, professor emeritus of history and American studies at Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J.. He is also a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel. He’ll be joined by David Steil, who served 16 years representing the 31st legislative district in Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives.
